Please consult the specific product page for information regarding Lead Times as they differ throughout our website. Lead Times mentioned on our product pages are in reference to production time and are estimations. They do not include the transit/shipping time.

Any items that are currently in stock will be shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 1pm.

Please be aware that next working day deliveries are only available for Mainland Dubai addresses. If you are making a purchase from a location outside of the UAE, delivery times will vary. Please note that AK Flight Cases is not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures.

We currently only accept Cash, Cheque and Wire Transfers. If you prefer we do also accept Bank Transfer (BACS). For in stock items, you are welcome to pay upon collection by card or cash also.

About 80% of our case orders are custom designed cases, although we are accumulating some standard case designs and most of these are listed on our website with prices available for order.

We do not stock ready-made cases so our standard designs will also come with a lead time. 

AK currently owns 2 workshops which combined is 10,000 sqf space with an additional 8000 sqf of storage space for its hardware stocks that are located in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates respectively. Our workshop mainly focus on urgent orders with less than 2 weeks lead time. 

Road cases built in our workshops are based on the same case designs and specifications including panels and hardware. Our workshops are equipped with high precision machineries including CNC routers operated by experienced case builders. AK's cases have consistent build quality and workmanship compared to most known US and UK brands. Our panels are full CP/CP grade Birch Plywood and our hardwares are a combination of Penn Elcom and our own hardwarewe custom designed in Guangzhou, China.

This depends on the level of urgency that our clients bring their orders in. Our workshop can respond to urgent orders and lead time can be 24 hours to 5 weeks depending on case design process and workload at the workshop. There might be a rush fee for certain high priority orders.

  • If engraving is required.
  • Internal dimensions of case, or outer dimensions of the items that would be stored in them.
  • For complex items, a CAD model or drawing would come in handy. If not, please let us know to arrange a 3D scan of the item.
  • If you require shipping; your address, if it’s a business address or not, and if you have a forklift onsite.
